Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, a single assessment fee quoted up front for your suburb. It is credited against the repair if you approve the fixed price.
How quickly can you come out?
Most Pretoria Old East, Pretoria East and Centurion suburbs are same-day, usually within two hours during working hours.
Do you repair integrated and imported fridges?
Yes — Sub-Zero, Liebherr, Gaggenau, Miele and Bosch integrated units, including de-mounting and refitting behind cabinetry.
Can you regas a fridge on site?
Yes. We recover, leak-test, vacuum and weigh in the correct charge on site rather than topping up blindly.
Is the work guaranteed?
Every repair carries a written workmanship guarantee and fitted parts carry their manufacturer warranty.
Do you work in estates?
We pre-clear gate access for Silver Lakes, Woodhill, Mooikloof, Cornwall Hill, Midstream and Irene estates before arrival.
What payment do you accept?
Card, EFT and instant payment on completion. A quote is issued in writing before work starts.
Should I repair or replace?
We tell you honestly. On premium units repair is nearly always the better economics; on an eight-year-old entry-level unit with a failed compressor it often is not.
